Situated in the scenic area of Oxfordshire, their beautiful home offers care to 90 Service Users – one of the only 10 in the UK to achieve Outstanding across the board with CQC. To enhance the care provided they are looking to recruit a further RNG Qualified Nurse to join their team.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and clinical skills and will work well within a team. You will take leadership when required to ensure smooth day to day running of the home. Reporting to the home manager, you will be accountable for providing the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing.
