We are looking for an excellent Nurse to help manage the dementia facility for a luxurious care home located in St Albans situated in the heart of the town. You as a RGN or RMN qualified Nurse will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and mentorship to the Registered Nurses in accordance with company’s and NMC guidelines. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining a high quality service that exceeds regulatory compliance standards.
With a kind, caring and calm approach, the successful Nurse will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with Residents, relatives and colleagues.
