One behalf of my client are recruiting for a RMN for a hospital that has 14 different wards and cares for 151 patients. Each ward has a dedicated Multi-Disciplinary Team which includes a Consultant Psychiatrist, Speciality Doctor, Ward Manager, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist and support services including RMN and experienced Healthcare Assistants. My clients aim is to support and care for our patients providing a full clinical pathway for patients onsite.
They operate a comprehensive inpatient mental health service comprising Acute, Psychiatric Intensive Care Services (PICU), Personality Disorder, Eating Disorders and Rehabilitation and Recovery giving our nurses the perfect opportunity to develop their skills across a variety of different services if they so wish.
My client has a service for female patients who have a severe mental illness and are in the acute phase of illness. This service excels in treating the most complex individuals with a person centred approach. They also have 2 PICU wards for adult male patients who have a severe mental illness, dual diagnoses and complex presentation.
As a nurse working in Adult Service wards, you will work alongside the experienced multidisciplinary team in aspiring to provide excellent bespoke care to enable our patients to fulfil their recovery goals and work towards discharge to the life they want.
The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, which conventionally works as 3 long shifts every 3 weeks and 4 long shifts in the 4th week.
£27,784 - £29,629 per annum (depending on experience)
