Job Title: RMN / RNLD Staff Nurse

Location: Dundee

Service Type: Residential service for adults with learning disabilities

Salary £14.50ph (£30,160)

Type of contract: Permanent, full-time position

Hours / Shifts: 40 hours - day shifts / night shifts / rotational shifts available

We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a qualified, dedicated and enthusiastic mental health nurse ( RMN ) or learning disability nurse ( RNLD ) to join the team at a purpose-built residential service based in Dundee. This is a small care home, providing assessment and treatment for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs, such as mental health needs and challenging behaviour. The home is split into two separate areas based on the residents' needs. This service is located in the heart of Dundee and has good links with the local community, enabling residents to establish a balance between their therapeutic care and their social, work and educational lives.

The service users living here may be admitted directly from the community, their own home or supported living, or they may be stepping down from a more secure setting. The focus of the service is to provide high quality person-centred care to rehabilitate and improve the users' health and well-being, always aiming for positive outcomes. They provide a welcoming, friendly and warm atmosphere, making this a great place to work and develop your career.

We are looking for qualified Registered Nurses (both RMN and RNLD nurses are welcome to apply) who have a valid NMC PIN. You must be eligible to live and work in the UK and have a genuine passion for working with people with learning disabilities and/or mental health conditions.
