£27,000 per annum

36 hours per week, days and nights


Eclypse Recruitment is looking to recruit a RMN for this small independent mental health hospital based in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be working for a company that is passionate about providing the best care within one of their new hospital facilities.

The Client:
Our client is a market leader in the provision of the highest quality care to people with mental illness and/or personality disorder. There are 3 wards within the establishment providing care for needs-led services for those with functional or organic diagnoses Patients at the service have mental health needs and challenging behaviours and some maybe detained under the mental health act

The Role:
We are seeking an RMN or RNLD 36 hours per week working days and nights. (we can consider Part Time applicants)

You will be responsible for making sure every residents psychological, physical and social needs are met. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will provide in-depth expertise in mental health- as well as providing leadership to a multi-disciplinary shift team comprising everyone from Student Nurses to Carers.

Our client is looking for someone who work to the highest clinical standards, and on your person-cantered, thoughtful approach to nursing. Whether you're making sure a new resident is settling in, developing a tailored care plan that takes care of both mind and body, providing medication safely, keeping scrupulous records or carrying out a whole range of clinical tasks, you'll meet the highest standards.

The Candidate:
As a Registered Nurse (Mental Health), you'll need to have current NMC registration, and the most up to date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. You'll also need experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, plus an understanding of regulatory frameworks, as well as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
