Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse with strong assessment skills? Are you looking to work Monday-Friday, office hours? If so then this could be the ideal role for you!

We are looking for a Mental Health Practitioner to work in a CMHT in Oldham. The successful candidate would receive referrals from other teams in the Trust and would conduct a full risk assessment either virtually or face to face. They would determine whether the individual required long term support and care coordination from the CMHT or short term intervention from the assessment function of the team.

The contract is full time, Monday to Friday. Part time hours may be considered. Pay rates are negotiable depending on the days worked and banding.

As a Mental Health Practitioner you will be responsible for:
- Care planning
- Assessments
- Strong relationship building
- Clinical judgement

To be successful in this role you must have:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
- Valid NMC PIN
- Experience in a NHS mental Health team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
