Our client is currently looking to add to their team at their 56 Bed Hospital in the Garforth area of Leeds where they provide high quality, professional, specialised assessment, and treatment for women with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours.

The Hospital has been awarded an overall GOOD rating from the CQC with an OUTSTANDING in Caring as well as being the consecutive winners of the 2019 and 2020 National Service Awards!

The Role

As an RMN Qualified Nurse for our client you will maintain a high standard of nursing care within the unit, ensure that the environment provides an atmosphere which supports the positive development of the patient’s behaviour and mental state. To supervise and support care staff, ensuring effective professional leadership.

You will provide supervision and support to the care team, maintain a safe environment for patients and staff and work effectively with other professional colleagues ensuring a consistent pattern of care for everyone whilst directly reporting to the Senior Nurse Manager and Hospital Director.

Requirements

For this role you must have a fully up to date and valid NMC Pin number and the post is subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check paid for by the company.
