LNR Future Solutions are currently recruiting a qualified nurse with experience in learning disabilities. The position is within a small private mental health hospital who offer support to people with learning disabilities and complex needs including challenging behaviour.

This position is for an experienced nurse who can be either learning disability qualified or mental health qualified. Experience within learning disabilities is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage positive behaviour and culture within the service
- Medication management
- Staff development
- Clinical supervision
- Communicate with staff, service users and families
- Administration
The successful nurse must be:
- RNLD or RMN
- Able to work in the UK
- Have a valid NMC pin
Salary is up to £26,000 per annum
