Severn View Family Practice, situated in Thornbury is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic 4-6 session GP (with view to Partnership).
We are currently a Partnership of 5 Partners; 1 full time and 4, part time with a dedicated clinical and administrative team supporting us in our mission to deliver excellent care to our patients. Our clinical team consists of salaried GPs, ANPs, Nurses and HCAs. Our Management team consists of a Strategic Practice Manager and Operational Manager, supported by a fantastic administrative team.
We strive for and encourage an inclusive and positive learning environment. Every month we meet as a whole practice to undertake training and to discuss all aspects of the business. We also endeavor to take time in the day to discuss the daily load over coffee and biscuits. As a team, we achieve 100% QoF points and achieved a good review in our last CQC visit.
Our current list is approx. 8,400. We serve a semi-rural population and look after the local rehabilitation unit, therefore offering a varied career. With all the changes to and pressures on the NHS and the surrounding environment, our aim is to maintain resilience whilst protecting our healthy work-life balance.
