TTM are currently recruiting some Theatre Scrub nurses to work in a very prestigious private hospital in Central London. They have several units spanned across London focused on providing world-class treatment to their patients. They have an expansive team offering care in various specialities including: Diagnostic & Radiology services, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Urology, Cosmetic & Endoscopy.  
 
Opportunities:      
We are currently looking to recruit some Scrub Nurses to work in the Theatre department of the hospital.  The department currently boasts an expansive theatre department, endoscopy suite and day surgery unit.
       
Working alongside the Theatre Manager you will be responsible for assessing, planning and implementing the right standards of care to all patients who are undergoing surgical procedures. Your day to day will involve preparing the equipment and instruments according to the needs of the patient and the surgeon's specifications, updating the surgeon's preference cards, ensuring all equipment is checked prior to use, reporting any faults immediately and working as part of a cohesive team. You may also be assigned other ad hoc duties as required by senior members of staff.
 
 
  • To be considered for this role you will have at least one years' experience working as a nurse and a keen interest in further developing your skills set. Experience in orthopaedics, plastics, max fax, ENT, gynaecology and Urology would be preferred. You will be a caring and compassionate nurse with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. Working as part of a team you will have excellent communication skills and be a good team player
