Stroud Resourcing has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and collaborative Team Leader to join our client`s inclusive and friendly team. This full-time Scrub Team Leader role is based in Croydon and offers a salary of up to £40,000 and excellent benefits.
You will work in a hospital with a commitment to good capacity planning and theatre utilisation. Working to a clear rotation plan, you will have time to support others, look after patients and manage your own development.
In your first few weeks in this Theatre Team Leader role, you can expect to:
- Provide visible clinical, professional, and managerial leadership to the Scrub team, promoting a positive approach and cohesive teamwork
- Work closely with the Theatre Manager to support the growth of the scrub service within the hospital
- Be responsible for the preparation of operating theatres and suites, ensuring all necessary and emergency equipment is available and in working order.
To apply, you must have demonstrable Scrub experience and you will be either HCPC / NMC registered.
