We're looking for a Senior Clinical Practitioner to work for our client.
They are a charitable trust who provide residential support to vulnerable young males. The young people will have experienced trauma and have a history of harmful sexual behaviour.
If you can demonstrate experience of working within a therapeutic treatment setting, then you could be perfect for our client and we'd love to see your CV.
Please note: In this position you'll be occasionally required to work some unsociable hours. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview.
Responsibilities:
Working within the clinical team to ensure a high quality of service continues to be delivered to the young people
Facilitating small group sessions and one to one sessions
Writing reports including assessments, reviews and risk assessments
Leading and supervise the clinical team
Requirements:
Experience of working within a therapeutic treatment setting
Additional experience of working with adolescents or offenders
Further experience of providing group and individual therapy sessions
Minimum of 2 years post qualification i.E. RMN/RMHN; dip.SW/CQSW or relevant therapeutic qualification
Excellent communication skills with an ability to liaise and negotiate sensitively, tactfully and diplomatically at all levels
Ability to work as part of a team
A full driving licence is essential for this role
Experience of leading and supervising other clinical staff
The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £33035 per annum for the ideal candidate
