We are looking for individuals with experience of supporting older people and the ability to lead a care team in a care home setting.
As a key member of our agency you will
Ensure residents receive a high quality of care.
Lead by example at all times in the care home.
Work closely with care home team to ensure that dignity and respect is at the core of all tasks
Work closely with the agency team to ensure the safe delivery of the service to our clients
Job Requirements:
SVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
Experience of supporting older people
