As a Senior Medical Writer you will be leading, coaching, and mentoring Junior teams and heading up/responsible for designated accounts with budgets and deliverables ranging between £1-2 Million. You will be delivering high quality of writing across a full range of medical communication outputs and the go-to person for expertise on products but also creative ideas.
You will need to highlight any potential new projects/ support new business activities moving forward, delivering on pitches, proposals, and presentations.
The beauty of this agency is that you can also contribute and support the ongoing recruiting process when required but also have a hand in internal training programmes and courses to share best practices.
As a Senior Medical Writer we are looking for someone with the following skills and experiences:

Degree within a scientific discipline or equivalent (ideally Biological sciences)
Demonstrates thorough research & understanding of the therapeutic area & scientific/market environment (clinical trials, pharmaceutical industry, and drug development processes)
Proven Line management/leadership experience 
Solution focused 
Excellent ability to write at a level appropriate to the target audience
