Recruiting for a Radiographer to join leading healthcare group in Scotland - £35,000-£45,000 p/year

My client, a leading healthcare group in Scotland, currently has an exciting opportunity for a Radiographer to join their state of the art and modern Imaging Department. Newly graduated Radiographers are also encouraged to apply.

Reporting into the Clinical Services Manager, your duties will include:

  • Participating in the efficient and safe operation of the Imaging Department, providing a consistent and high quality service to all patients and visitors
  • Supporting the team to deliver care that helps improve the health of the individual and wider community
  • To carry out general and specialised radiographic procedures
  • Undertake imaging examinations in line with department operational procedures and policies, using techniques that produce the lowest radiation dose to the patient and staff whilst producing high quality, diagnostic images

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography
  • HCPC Registration
  • IT systems familiarity e.g. RIS / PACS.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare service sector and the systems and processes used.
  • Aware of College of Radiographers and HCPC Code of Conduct / Accountability.
  • Knowledge of Radiation Regulations.
  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week, and the role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Due to client requirements, you will need to have experience of working within the UK
