Key Details: I am recruiting for an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Registered Nurse to work on the Ward department at a private hospital located in Hampshire. You will treat NHS & Private Patients and I am looking for a passionate Senior Registered Nurse to provide the best possible, personalised care to the people of Hampshire.

The Key details are -

Location: Basingstoke - within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park

Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum / £14.87 - £16.92 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week

Bonus: Annual bonus provided.

Hours: Full Time - 37.5

Contract Type: Permanent

Further Details about the role: I am looking to recruit a Senior Registered Nurse to join a Hospital located in Hampshire. You will be part of a close nit team who are provided the opportunity - as will you - to use judgement and skills to provide the best patient care. As a Senior RGN you will assess, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care for patients undergoing surgical procedures with minimal supervision. You will be looked upon to lead the Staff Nurses with delivering high quality patient care within the Surgical environment. As a Senior RGN You will need to have the ability to work within a team whilst being able to use your own initiative, be caring, enthusiastic and flexible, with a commitment to your own professional development.

Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this Senior Registered Nurse opportunity to confident, proactive and demonstrate a desire to improve on their existing skill base to add value to the department. Current NMC Registration without restrictions is a must and post graduate experience within a Surgical environment is required. You must be keen to develop both clinically as well as academically and will pride yourself on having a passion for delivering customer service and a desire to provide an exceptional patient experience. ILS is a must and you must possess evidence of continuous professional development. The post holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern - No Nights are required.
