An exciting opportunity has arisen, we are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking; self-motivated individuals to join our AMU senior nursing team.
The successful candidates will have responsibility for providing leadership to the team ensuring that care standards are monitored and maintained at the highest level as well as working collaboratively with members of the multi-disciplinary team to provide a quality service for patients.
As a Deputy Charge nurse/ Junior Sister you will have proven organizational and management skills and will be able to motivate and effectively lead the ward team in delivering high quality care to our patients. You will be a clinical role model and have a willingness to develop the team as well as your own professional growth. You will have excellent communication skills and high clinical standards with a passion to make a difference for patients and staff alike. You must have a minimum of two years post registration with experience at Band 5 Level within an acute setting.
