An exciting opportunity has arisen in the division of Integrated Medicine for a Service Manager. This role represents an excellent opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic manager looking to take up a challenging and stimulating role within a well-established division. Reporting directly to the General Manager the post-holder will provide operational leadership and service level management support across the broad directorate

The Service Manager for Sexual Health Service within Integrated Medicine role is fast paced, challenging, and demanding and you will require a high attention to detail as well as being able to work under pressure. You will have an established team of support staff working under your direct line management.

You will need to be a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. As well as working within the teams, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently and to lead teams and work streams of your own with strong direction. There is significant scope in the role for professional development and the opportunity to participate on key trust wide projects on behalf of the Divisional Management Team. The role requires an individual who can bring NHS and/or private sector management experience with demonstrable evidence of implementing service level strategies and successfully delivering challenging access and financial performance. The services are delivered across four sites with demands from growing referral rates meaning the need for experience in transformational work is also vital. You will be able to influence and motivate others and guide people through service improvement and periods of significant change. Being able to think innovatively and communicate effectively with a wide range of departments, teams and agencies is essential.

The post will be based at Northwick Park Hospital, but will also cover the sites at Brent, Ealing, Harrow and Hillingdon. Cross-site working is essential.
