Job Title: Service Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )
Location: Hartlepool
Salary: £34,500 per annum + bed bonus + performance-related annual bonus
Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Services: A new and exciting opportunity has recently arisen for an experienced, driven, and passionate Home Manager ( RGN or RMN or RNLD ) to join our client's small, specialised nursing home based in Hartlepool. This service provides nursing care and support for individuals in a homely and warm environment. The home is a vibrant and welcoming service that provides person-centred care to residents who have learning disabilities and physical disabilities.
Our client is successful and well-established. This is a fantastic opportunity to continue and develop your career in one of the UK's leading healthcare organisations for specialist care.
As the Service Manager, you will be required to register with the CQC as Registered Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the service, coordinating and leading the team of staff.
Person Specification:
All candidates must be a qualified RGN or RMN or RNLD and have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. You must also have a Registered Managers Award (RMA), plus a Level 5 diploma (or be willing to work towards this). Applicants must have excellent management skills and business acumen, as well as a strong working knowledge of health and social care especially within supported living and community-based care.
