Are you an experienced CQC Registered Service Manager with a passion for the care industry?
We are looking for an Interim Service Manager to join one of well established client's in Lincolnshire. You will be responsible for the day to day running of 2 learning disability services ensuring that all team members adhere to the standards and regulations for both residential and domiciliary care services.
You will have overall accountability for ensuring the services are managed in an efficient and safe manner and that employees provide the highest standard of care and support to service users and carers, ensuring that the service achieves tangible outcomes in line with the service's objectives and is financially viable.
To be considered for the role;
* You will need to have been CQC Registered in a previous role
* Must have own transport to travel between sites
* Strong leadership skills
* Experience with turning round homes/services
