Requirements for this position
To be considered for this role you will have previous and recent nursing home management experience. You will understand what it takes to lead and enthuse teams to deliver the very best care. A good understanding of governance particularly the CIW will be beneficial as will an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management, but not a necessity. Qualifications aren't the most important thing for this employer, more that you have a proven track record in the management of nursing services.
