As SHE Advisor you will be responsible for providing safety, health and environmental advice in accordance with the Kier SHE Integrated Management System. You will undertake site SHE inspections, periodical audits, investigate incidents and provide reports and recommendations.

You will have the ability to continually drive a positive and proactive SHE culture within the region, by providing support and advice. Compliance is key in this role, you would need the ability to support teams to carry out their roles and responsibilities and implementing the Kier Safety, Health and Environment Management System.

To be successful in this role you will hold a NEBOSH General Certificate, working knowledge of ISO 14001 and BS OHSAS 18001 Standards and have previous experience within the construction industry. Travel between Cheltenham and Oxford sites will be required.
