Role: Sister/Charge Nurse - Pre Assessment

Location: Northwood

Salary: Up to £44k plus benefits

Hours: Full Time Role 37.5 per week (various shifts)

MediTalent are recruiting on behalf of a state of the art, private hospital in the Northwood area of London for a Sister/Charge Nurse in the Pre Assessment. This 42 bed hospital boasts 2 operating theatres across both surgical and oncology wards including a 5 bed day unit and 7 chemotherapy day rooms.

You will be working as a sister/charge nurse specialising in pre assessment, You will join a friendly and well established team. Your role will be to be responsible for the day to day management of the hospital ward and its staff providing clinical leadership in an effective and efficient management of ward resources, driving clinical excellence in all aspects of care received by patients. Responsible for leading and supporting the nursing team to meet all aspects of the clinical governance agenda.

This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week the role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

The ideal candidate will have evidence of relevant professional development both clinically, managerially preferably evidenced by RN with valid NMC registration. Experienced in an acute nursing sector in a senior registered nurse role or equivalent, have recruitment and selection skills and be a Registered Nurse level 1/Diploma BSc in nursing studies with up to date knowledge in area of practice. exchange you will receive a competitive salary, excellent benefits package and career development.
