Permanent, FT - 37.5 hrs              
Up to £38,000 plus enhancement

Client Information:        
Our client is one of the UK's leading private hospital groups with locations throughout the UK. They currently offer treatment to patients undergoing medical and surgical interventions. They operate within state of the art facilities equipped with the latest technology. Their hospitals are able to offer the most complex surgeries to patients with exceptional aftercare both inpatient and outpatient.        
We are currently looking to recruit a Ward Sister to join the Outpatients team to be based in one of their hospitals based in West London.    
Working as the Sister/Charge Nurse you will be responsible for managing the clinical caseload for the unit while supporting all junior members of staff. You will have clinical ownership of the unit when in charge and you will also involve acting as a support to the Head of Outpatients at the hospital, helping to ensure the correct delivery of service. You will encapsulate the ethos of the hospital supporting patients through their journey. Part of your day to day will involve preparing for clinics, staff allocation, complaints management & stock ordering. Working alongside the Head of Outpatients you will plan, develop and implement new policies and procedures to continuously improve the service. A vital part of your role will be ensuring you provide clinical leadership to all members of staff on the unit    
To be suitable for this role you must have 2+years experience working in a surgical setting and at a senior level. You will have an ENB998 or equivalent. Working in a senior role you will have excellent communication and leadership skills and a strong ability to work effectively within a team and to motivate a team. You will have strong evidence of professional development within the scope of PREP and ongoing education. You will also have as strong knowledge or current issues in nursing practice and effective problem solving techniques.
