Responsible for overall delivery and escalations. Ensuring site is set-up and ready for operation. Ensure clinical governance and supervision across the site are maintained. Ensure smooth and safe delivery of a high volume of tests each day at optimum pace. Managing workforce, scheduling rotas, performance management and providing appropriate training and support for all test centre staff.
Ensure end-to-end smooth operation of the testing centre including timely output and data collection for prompt reporting of results. Manage and coordinate necessary logistics and liaise with third party suppliers to coordinate stock, deliveries and transport of materials and supplies to the centre.
Liaising with the clinical governance lead within Council and escalating risks and issues as required. Ensure that adverse incidents are reported internally and to the MHRA yellow card scheme. Seeking the necessary support and to act appropriately to resolve issues.
Agree and communicate timings and targets and manage offsite stakeholders. Ensure that the practice complies with Data Protection/Confidentiality.
Be the point of contact for all on site escalations and incidents, maintaining cleaning protocols and managing site health and safety.
Ensure safety and accessibility of the premises.
