Job Description

RTC Resources are currently looking for a HDU Nurse. This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HDU Nurse to work in an excellent private hospital in Wimbledon.

As a HDU Nurse, you will have:

  • Up to date clinical knowledge
  • Recognised Critical Care qualification
  • 1-year experience in HDU Nursing
  • Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK.
  • Positive Attitude and assertiveness
  • Flexibility and good attendance record.

The Role includes:

  • Ensure safe and effective clinical practice
  • Motivate staff to provide high standards of care by acting as a role model
  • Ensure that the highest standard of personalised nursing care is delivered to patients and their families in partnership with all members of the multi-disciplinary team.
  • As directed by the HDU Lead, promote, support, implement and evaluate innovations within High Dependency Care that will impact on care delivery within the unit.
