The DICE (Disability Intensive Support Enhanced) team supports complex young people with a diagnosis of learning disability and/or autistic spectrum condition (ASC) who are in crisis.

You will help to identify early signs of further deterioration by monitoring the young person's progress, level of functioning and mental state to support the wider mdt involved in their care.

There will also be some interagency working with agencies such as the police, education and social care to develop coordinated crisis and relapse plans.
