Occupational Therapist – Amputee Rehabilitation
Permanent contract, 21.75 hours per week
Bristol Centre for Enablement, Highwood Pavilions
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join the specialist amputee rehabilitation team at Bristol Centre for Enablement (BCE). BCE is a regional centre which hosts a multidisciplinary team of professionals specifically involved with prosthetic rehabilitation for individuals who have undergone amputation or who have congenital limb loss.
We are seeking a highly specialist Occupational Therapist with knowledge in adult and paediatric amputee rehabilitation to provide assessment, treatment and management for individuals with limb loss and enable patient centred rehabilitation.
You will work as an autonomous practitioner within a multidisciplinary team of professionals to facilitate rehabilitation with an artificial limb and promote independent living.
