Do you want a new challenge? come to Cornwall we have a exciting post available, a chance to manage our specialist outpatient therapy services jointly across Royal Cornwall Hospital and Cornwall Foundation Trust. We want to drive innovation and look for IT solutions to manage a modern service for patients and our staff, can you help us to achieve this? if yes please contact us.

The post holder will take a lead role on performance and operational issues within specialist Outpatient Integrated therapy services, with responsibility for day-to-day operational management. The post holder will ensure that key resources, such as clinics and capacity are utilised effectively to ensure the delivery of key performance standards eg waiting times and the teams strategic and clinical objectives., ensuring modern approaches to service delivery are maximised including IT solutions.

The post holder will operationally manage Specialist Outpatient multi professional AHP staff (Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dieticians and Speech therapists) with support from the Professional leads and supervision from the AHP lead for Therapies.  The post holder will also take a lead role in initiating and undertaking service improvement projects within a range of services with a focus on improving performance and supporting the delivery of high quality patient centred care.  The post holder will work closely with the Integrated Therapy senior management and professional leads and with clinical colleagues.
