About the Specialist Support Worker role:
You will operate within one residential location and work in a local community setting, providing hands on care to the service users you support, so you can expect to have total involvement with everything they do. No day is the same.
Key responsibilities of the Specialist Support Worker:
The Specialist Support Worker will oversee their own clients and must have a passion to work with learning disabilities and autism spectrum needs. You must be commitment to providing quality care and support, with a passion to make a difference. to vulnerable adults lives. You will also be involved in assisting with activities, in-house and in the community.
