Staff Nurse - Learning Disabilities rehab

Location: Holywell, Flintshire

Salary: up to £36,500 p/a (£16.71 p/h) - Negotiable DoE

Hours: Full Time or Part time available , site can be flexible to fit in with your requirements (11.5, 24, 36, 37.5 and 42 hours available) - please state your preference upon application

Further Details: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified or experienced RGN, RMN, or RNLD to work within a Residential Learning Disabilities service in Holywell, Flintshire for males with a primary diagnosis of a learning disability.

Service Details:

We have a Staff Nurse Position available to work in a high performing Residential care home supported by a very experienced Nursing / MDT and Management team.

Based in the town of Holywell, this is a residential nursing service for individuals living with a learning disability who are looking to step down from acute services or step up from community based services.

The Home Manager is registered learning disability nurse, has over ten years' experience working in the health and social care sector specifically working with adults who have a learning disability and associated complex needs. Since joining the company in 2009 She has completed her QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

Along with her experience The Home Manager has a great passion for forensic nursing and for supporting people who display challenging behaviour.

Preceptorships are also available at site, the preceptorship package is a supportive structured process that allows newly qualified nurses to develop their skills with supervision and guidance. There are additional training and career development opportunities within the company.

Shifts : Options include days, nights or mixed shifts and shift patterns run with 3,4,3,4 - please state your preference of days nights or mixed upon application
