Neuro Rehabilitation      
Permanent, FT - 37.5 hrs PW    
up to £32,500

Client Information:      
Our client is a specialist independent provider of neurological rehabilitation. It provides services to adults who are suffering with neurological conditions, acquired and traumatic brain injuries. They also provide long term care for people with complex, physical, cognitive and/or behavioural support needs.    
They offer a 42 single bedded inpatient facility with en-suite rooms with communal areas and gardens. With a state of the art physio gym with hydrotherapy pool they cover all aspects of the rehabilitation process. The site also has a Neuro-Rehab unit and Neuro- Behavioural unit to offer to care to patients with more complex care needs. Their service also offers different home service packages to suit individual patient's requirements.      
Our client is looking to recruit experienced Registered General Nurses to join their expanding team, with a strong passion for supporting patients through life challenges. As part of their team, you will work to deliver the highest quality of rehabilitative, patient centred care.      
Working alongside the clinical team you will act as a support to ensure effective day to day delivery of care and rehabilitation. Your day to day will involve co-ordinating the shift and delegating tasks when required to meet the needs of the patient, carry out risk assessments on patients and formulate and update their care plans, provide clear and concise records and contribute to written reports, plan and prioritise interventions to meet the changing needs of the patients and assist and encourage patients to achieve their daily and long term goals. You will also act as a mentor to junior staff and be involved in their induction.      

To be considered for this role you will have a registered general nursing Degree or RMN degree. You will have previous experience in a Care setting along with  excellent communication skills both verbal and written and ability to communicate at all levels. You will be adaptable and a good team player and have the ability to plan and prioritise workload. This role requires a lot of care and compassion & a keen interest in making a difference.
