North West London      
Permanent, FT - 37.5 hrs            
Up to £30,000 plus enhancement

Client Information:        
Our client is one of the UK's leading private hospital groups with locations throughout the UK. They currently offer treatment to patients undergoing medical and surgical interventions. They operate within state of the art facilities equipped with the latest technology. Their hospitals are able to offer the most complex surgeries to patients with exceptional aftercare both inpatient and outpatient.      
   
Opportunities:        
We are currently looking to recruit some Nurses to work in the Urgent Care Centre of one of their hospitals based in West London.  This unit offers care to adults and children for all minor injuries, illnesses and accidents.
         
Working alongside the Senior Staff Nurses on the ward you will be responsible for ensuring the right standard of care is provided to all patients at all time. Your responsibility will cover all aspects of acute patient care, development, implementation and evaluation working alongside multi-disciplinary teams within the unit. You will assess and triage patients appropriately and you will have an innate ability to quickly identify any issues or concerns and act accordingly. Part of your role will involve ensuring that examination rooms are fully stocked with necessary supplies and equipment and administering medications and treatment in accordance with nursing standards. You will be responsible for ensuring all treatment is fully documented in the patients files. You will also be responsible for advising patient's family about the treatment provided and on the maintenance of health and wellness. You may be assigned other ad hoc duties by senior members of staff.     
   
To be suitable for this role you must have 1+years experience working in an acute setting. Nurses with experience of working in Urgent Care or A&E is desirable, however any acute nursing experience will be considered. You will be a caring and compassionate nurse with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. Working as part of a team you will have excellent communication skills and be a good team player.
