Job Description

Job title: Staff Nurse (RMN / RNLD) - New Qualified & Experienced

Location: Norwich

Salary: £26,897 - £33,500 depending on experience.

Service Type: Hospital - Mental Health, Dementia, Detention Under Mental Health Act, Learning Disability, Physical Disability, Sensory Impairment, Substance Misuse.

Hours: Full Time / Part Time

We have opportunities for Newly Qualified or Experienced Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses, (RMN / RNLD) to join our dedicated team of professionals at our award winning hospital for people with learning disabilities and/or autism with psychiatric and/or personality disorders across both locked and open rehabilitation.

You will provide professional and high quality nursing input and care for our patients in their Unit/designated area of responsibility and across the Service and will provide nursing advice and support (based on sound evidence and best practice) to all staff in the multi-disciplinary team

The Person

You will possess an RNLD or RMN qualification and have a sound clinical knowledge base in your area of specialism.

You will be committed to continuing your Professional Development. Able to work positively and effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Flexible in your working hours and able to work a variety of shift patterns including night and weekend working.

A positive attitude and commitment to patients, their development and the Service as a whole. Objective, non-discriminatory, approachable and professional.
