Location: Potters Bar, Middlesex
Position: Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD
Care Categories: Nursing and Dementia care
Service: General care in older Adults
Resident Admission Age: 65 years +
Negotiable Salary: £17.50 - £18.50 per hour negotiable depending on experience
Hours: Full time hours or Part time hours depending on preference
Flexible Shifts: Night shifts/Day shifts or Mixed shifts available 8/8 start and finish times.
Contract type: Permanent
*5/5 CQC rating

Care Home Details: I am looking for highly motivated experienced or Newly qualified Band 5 Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD to work within a beautiful family friendly care home located in Potters Bar, Middlesex as part of our nurse team. We are committed to delivering the most exceptional nursing care and support that really makes a difference to residents lives. Some residents require support day to day, whilst others need more assistance, and at the heart of it all, is the quality team of experienced and dedicated carers and nurses who are passionate about providing person-centred bespoke care.

We specialise in nursing care and care for people living with dementia.

Joining our team: you are responsible and accountable for the wellbeing of our residents within the care home, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met. You would be expected to provide leadership to the care team, and assess, develop and evaluate individualised resident care ensuring consultation with and involvement from residents, GPs, relatives and carers.
