We are delighted to announce that our client is now looking for Staff Nurses for their Surgical Unit and they are looking for you to join their busy multi-disciplinary, ward nursing teams.
Our client is based in Wimbledon Common and is easily accessible from Central London where they have 3 Wards, and this includes 69 inpatient ensuite bedrooms.
Are you the right person for the role?
NMC Registered having surgical nursing experience.
Up-to- date clinical and professional knowledge and its application in day-to-day practice.
One to one teaching
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to prioritise and organise own work.
Able to work within a team.
Surgical experience
Good customer care skills.
Job Requirements
Duties
You must ensure all nursing procedures are carried out in accordance with our client’s policy.
You will Set, monitor and maintain agreed standards of nursing care in conjunction with other members of the ward team.
You must take responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.
You must ensure that you deliver care accordance with defined quality standards and in line with recommendations as laid down in the hospital plan.
Must ensure that you maintain up-to-date nursing records ensuring that confidentiality is respected.
Need to maintain up-to-date nursing records, ensuring that confidentiality is respected.
You need to maximise all opportunities to promote health.
Must support the Sister / Charge Nurse in their leadership role.
