About the Company:
Opportunity to join this recently built Nursing & Residential Lodge and Cottage, based in Haslemere, Surrey, GU27.
The Lodge features 25 Luxury En-Suite bedrooms, providing Nursing & Residential Care.
The Cottage houses 8 Luxury Independent Living Suites, Mainly ideal for Couples.
Residents at the Cottage will enjoy all the facilities on-site, including Laundry Service, Own Kitchen, Shower Room and Lounge, with quality Meals and a fabulous dining experience provided.
We currently wish to recruit STAFF NURSES (RGN) for Night shifts. You will be providing Nursing Care and Support to elderly residents with Physical Disabilities, Stroke, End of Life, Dementia and Residential Service Users.
About the Staff Nurse (RGN) Position
Carries out all acquired Nursing procedures
Writing and updating person centred care plans
Have a clear understanding of the regulated activities and nursing outcomes to be achieved based on the essential standards of quality and safety.
Administering Medication
Ensuring the Care Centre is following correct policies, procedures, working practices and review as necessary to ensure compliancy.
Staff Nurses RGN will be responsible to assess patients, plan, implement and review personalised care programme, advice and support patients and their families.

Staff Nurses RGN Job Requirements
Qualified as an RGN, with a current NMC Pin Number.
Experience in a Care Home or a Hospital and preferably with experience of dealing Complex Care, Stroke, Cancer or Dementia care.
Understanding of the need to work within a regulatory framework and awareness of current National Care Standards and associated legislation.
Excellent level of written and spoken English.
Experience in some of the following Nursing Skills:
Peg Feeding
Suprapubic Catheter
Diabetes Care
Female and Male Catheterisation
Venepuncture
Self-motivated and organised.
