Staff Nurse- Elderly Nursing Home - Solihull - £17.00 per hour + Excellent Benefits - Up to 48 hours available

Health Recruit Network are proud to be working with a valued client to recruit a Staff Nurse for one of their Elderly Nursing Centres based in Solihull. You will have excellent clinical skills and naturally caring approach. The desired candidate will be Leading, motivating and mentoring to the team and delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home. Also, Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents. Finally most importantly, taking responsibility for the well-being of the residents of the home. Making sure their physical and social needs are met.

Staff Nurse Skills and responsibilities

- Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
- Wound management
- Medication Management
- Supervision of Staff on the floor
- Administering oxygen
- Putting together treatment plans
- Overseeing a team of care assistants
- Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team

Staff Nurse Requirements

- Hold a relevant nursing qualification
- Be registered with the NMC
- Have satisfactory references
- Have the right to work in the UK
