Job Description

Southern Health is one of the largest Foundation Trusts in the UK, specialising in mental health, adult and child community health and learning disabilities.

Anstey Ward is a talented ward which specialises in palliative care and rehabilitation. Based at Alton Community Hospital in the north of Hampshire it is only a short drive away from Basingstoke, Winchester and Petersfield.

The Event Will be held at: Anstey Day Room, Alton Community Hospital, Chawton Park Road, Alton, GU34 1RJ.

Time: 09:00 – 13:00
