I have a fantastic opportunity for any registered nurse living in and around the Cheshire area.
If you would like to work for a leading not for profit charitable organisation that is global reaching, then you have come to the right place.
Are you looking to enrich your nursing career in an environment where you can work with great leaders and be a part of great teams?
Perhaps you have become disillusioned in your current role, with the same monotonous tasks?
Well if I was to tell you that this nursing job was rewarding and that every day you really felt you were making a difference to these people's lives, what would you say?
This unique opportunity will give you the chance to work with people with physical and/or learning disabilities who are not confined to their home. In fact this organisation encourages social interaction in the form of regular away days and overseas holidays and yes you get to go also.
As a RNLD I'm sure you will have experience of this service user, but I'm also appealing to the RGN's and RMN's out there, as we all know great multidisciplinary teams are not always made up of the same cloth.
If you fancy a different direction in your nursing career and want the chance to grow your skills and knowledge, then you will want to be a part of this leading organisation.
My client is looking for responsible and accountable professionals who pride themselves on the highest standards of nursing, clinical and person support. You will encourage independence while confidently directing and supervising a team of support staff.
In return not only will you be a part of a modern, sustainable charity, but you will also receive a wide range of employee rewards and benefits. We are talking enrolment onto the company pension scheme, competitive life cover, child-care vouchers, access to the comprehensive employee assistance programme, substantial and flexible annual leave with the option to buy or sell leave as well as much more.
With a competitive rate of £15p/h with paid breaks up for grabs, there aren't many roles like this out there. There are full time or part time hours available. They also have the added benefit of having early, middle and late shifts available.
If you are a staff nurse or senior staff nurse and like the sound of the above, then apply in confidence with a CV, or speak to Tim the Recruitment Panda who works closely with this employer.
