I currently have an exciting opportunity for a Staff Nurse to work within a luxury, design award-winning Nursing Home in Market Harborough.
The home provides care for Residential and 60 Nursing residents. They provide elderly, Dementia and General Nursing care. They have been rated good in all areas by the CQC.
You will receive a generous salary of £17.03 per hour along with a range of excellent staff benefits, including:
Excellent training and development including opportunities to gain clinical development and leadership qualifications and mentorship opportunities.
Pay increases with length of service.
Excellent internal progression opportunities (a large percentage of the companies current management and senior management team started with the company as care staff!)
£26 per hour overtime enhancements
