We have been instructed to recruit for an experienced Staff Nurse Job in Caernarfon, North Wales; to provide compassionate care in a landmark, purpose built dementia care centre. This nursing home is only three years old and this Nurse Job is set apart from others, as it is with an excellent employer, who firmly believes in the value of their staff team, in delivering the best care.

As a Nurse you will provide hands-on nursing care, utilising a range of clinical procedures, having a leading role in the care, well-being and quality of life of the residents, including care planning, medication and admin duties, working as part of an outstanding team.

This position is a full time contract on nights, with a great salary of up to £20p/h + additional benefits which could see you earning £45,448 for four nights per week. They would also consider just three nights.

Requirements for this position

For this role you will be: - a qualified nurse either RGN or RMN with a current nursing pin - have nursing home experience - enjoy fostering good teams and mentoring junior members of staff - have a good understanding of CIW/CQC regulations - have a passion for elderly care with an understanding of dementia
