Belmont Recruitment are currently in search of a Support Registered Community Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse / Occupational Therapist (RMN/CPN/OT) Band 5-6 to join the Mental Health Support Team based out of Merton in Greater London. The role is Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, however there is scope for flexibility so applicants who cannot work full time are still encouraged to apply, this is initially on an ongoing locum however this will most likely be made permanent.
The successful applicant will have scope to develop as a Clinician, in a multi-disciplinary team. The post holder reports the Team Manager who reports to the Clinical Manager (8b) for Adult Community Services in the Borough of Merton. The successful applicant will be clinically responsible for a caseload of up to 30 patients. They will participate in key meetings such as Zoning, seeking to provide high-quality services strongly focused on recovery to patients. The role requires one to attend to commissioned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for activity and quality. We are also open to those who wish to develop their careers and would be happy to consider a band 5 – 6 developmental role. You would be supported by the team to complete a set of competencies and with additional trust wide support with reflective sessions and working groups to develop your skills.
The pay rate for this locum role is between £20.12 - £30.12 per hour dependant on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
