About this Job -
We are expanding our team and looking for genuinely caring and hands on individuals to join our team of Support Workers.
This registered service supports;
The gentleman is 36 years old - has the following diagnosis:
Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Learning Disability, Percutaneous Endoscopic, Gastrostomy, Peg feed, Ileostomy, Catheter - he is also palliative care and has a DNAR in place (and a AGP currently uses a Nippy Clearway 2 machine, following his last hospital admission in May 2021)
Oxygen used when accessing the community but to be honest this is not very often and is supported whilst in bed (its very rare that he comes out of bed)
