£500 Welcome Bonus

As well as a rewarding job, we're offering all new starters a welcome bonus of up to £500! (£250 after month 1 and £250 after probation)

Job Title: Support Worker - Full-Time - 35 hours per week or Part-Time - up to 28 hours per week

Shifts: Candidates need to be flexible to work between; Monday - Sunday - 8:00am - 3:00pm and 3:00pm - 10:00pm

Location: Coundon, Coventry

Pay Rate: £9.41 per hour

Overtime available at an enhanced rate of +£2ph above hourly pay rates

We're proud to pay all employees at National Living Wage rate, or above, including those aged under 23

Role Overview: At Westwood we support nine people with learning disabilities, autism and/or behaviours that challenge. We have eight people living in the main house, two in their own flats, and one individual lives in a separate bungalow. As a Support Worker you will help promote independence and support the people to lead as fulfilling life as possible, incorporating both therapy based activities and social based activities.

Requirements: Support Workers in this location, working/paid care experience is preferred but not essential as relevant training will be provided to successful candidates.

To ensure that we can keep both the People we Support and our workforce safe, it is a requirement that all frontline staff who work for Voyage Care are willing to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.
