Job Title: Support Worker

Positions available: Full-Time - 35 hours per week and Part-Time up to 28 hours per week

Shifts: Monday - Sunday, covering the following shifts; Early (8:00am - 3:00pm) and Late (3:00pm - 10:00pm).

Location: Norris Green, Liverpool

Pay Rate: £8.36 - £8.91 per hour

Role Overview:
Tate Lodge is a residential service offering support for eight adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. As a Support Worker support people to promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible. Our support workers incorporate both therapy based activities and social based activities.

Requirements:
For Support Workers in this location, experience is not essential as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.

To ensure that we can keep both the People we Support and our workforce safe, it is a requirement that all frontline staff who work for Voyage Care are willing to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.

We have a in-house team that ensures that all of our services have plenty of PPE at all times. All care and support is carried out following the latest Government guidance. Our aim is to keep you and the people we support safe.
