As a thank you for joining us you will receive a £500 welcome bonus As well as a rewarding job, we're offering all new starters a welcome bonus of up to £500*! (£250 after month 1 and £250 after probation)

Shift patterns are *7am to 3pm/ 8am to 2pm/ 9am to 6pm/ 3pm to 10pm and 10pm to 7am*

Part time hours and just weekend work is also available.

Role Overview:-

Savoy Gardens offers care and support to a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health and epilepsy. We also support people with challenging behaviors.

As a Support Worker you will provide full aspects of care and promote independence to support them to lead as fulfilling lives as possible.

Requirements:-
Support Workers in this location, experience is preferred but not essential as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.

We have a in-house team that ensures that all of our services have plenty of PPE at all times. All care and support is carried out following the latest Government guidance. Our aim is to keep you and the people we support safe.



The individuals we support at this service enjoy a lot of community access, so confidence in lone working is essential. We are therefore looking for Support Workers with previous experience who can hit the ground running. However we will still provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support.

You'll join the team working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, night and Bank Holiday shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a motivated and determined team. So make a great career move.
