We're looking for people with a great heart and passion to succeed to come and work as a Support and Enablement Worker at our new 8 person's residential service in Ruddington, Nottingham.

Ruddington Way is a new development that has been specifically designed to meet the needs of the people that will live there, whether that is for a few nights or for longer. Ruddington Way benefits from a support pathway which will deliver intense support during difficult times through to self-contained accommodation to enable people to learn and enhance living skills. This pathway means as a staff member you will deliver a variety of support to meet the needs of others and be part of their journey. We want the people we support to feel safe in their home and have others around to encourage them to become part of the wider community and work towards more independence.
