Job Description



Are you proud to care?

As a Support Worker in Swansea, Llanelli, Neath, Ammanford and the surrounds, you'll form part of a Substance Misuse project and assist homeless adults. You'll provide the highest quality of care to homeless individuals and manage a caseload of up to 20 service users. You'll be the person that brings smiles to the faces of the people in our care and form part of a supportive team of health and social care workers.

Shifts for this role include Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm with the option to also work rolling rotas made up of nights, days and weekends.

Person specification

You'll have at least 3 months of experience under your belt already, a valid certificate in Moving and Handling, and the right to live and work in the UK. You'll need to be able to demonstrate that you possess our core values of trust, empathy and expertise. You will need access to a smart device with an internet connection to pick up shifts and submit timesheets through our app, HealthForceGo. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial, but is not a requirement.

You'll additionally need to be registered with Social Care Wales to practice in a residential home for children and young people in Wales (mandatory registration introduced 1 March 2008).
