Job Title: Support Worker - Full Time (35 hours per week) & Part Time (up to 28 hours per week) Shifts: Needs to be flexible to work; Monday - Sunday - Early shifts: 8:00am-3:00pm, Late shifts: 3:00pm-10:00pm and you may need to work the odd night shift (10:00pm - 8:00am) to cover sickness and annual leave. Walker Lodge is a specialist rehabilitation service, where we employ support workers, whose role is to empower & support someone to rebuild their lives and we aim to do this by supporting our service users to do the things they can independently.
Walker Lodge is a purpose-built service, offering proactive residential support and respite services for individuals with an acquired brain injury. The focus of the service is to provide a supportive environment in order for people to develop skills and strategies in order to lead a more fulfilled and independent life. Requirements:
Support Workers in this location, no experience is required for this role as all new staff will be given relevant training, tailored to the needs of the service.
To ensure that we can keep both the People we Support and our workforce safe, it is a requirement that all frontline staff who work for Voyage Care are willing to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Benefits:

** Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.
